Cambridge Consulting Group Acquires Michigan-based Employee Benefits Company

Cambridge Consulting Group, specializing in employee benefits, human resources, property and casualty insurance and wealth strategies consulting, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hennessy & Associates, a Michigan-based privately held employee benefits firm. Hennessy will become part of the company’s Cambridge Employee Benefits division.

Founded and operated by President and CEO Brian Schram, Hennessy & Associates has grown its business by providing clients and their employees with the highest level of service, information and education.

Schram will be responsible for business development and client account management.
